About the Role:
A leading Pyrolysis Oil Manufacturing company, engaged in converting plastic waste into Pyrolysis Oil, is seeking a Plant Erection operations & Production. The candidate will lead the end-to-end setup, commissioning, and operational management of pyrolysis plants, while also supporting business expansion through identification and execution of new project opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage plant erection, commissioning, and startup activities for pyrolysis oil units.
- Oversee day-to-day production operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and product quality.
- Manage raw material feeding systems, optimize process performance, and monitor output yields.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, maintain safety standards, and coordinate for required certifications and audits.
- Supervise and train production, maintenance, and plant operations teams.
- Collaborate with R&D to improve process efficiency, product quality, and emission control.
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Willing to travel extensively for new plant erection, commissioning, and operational oversight in other states.
- Take responsibility for setting up and stabilizing operations in new locations.
- Identify and research new greenfield project opportunities through market and technical research.
- Provide technical support and execution assistance in implementing new pyrolysis and recycling units.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and project teams to ensure timely completion and adherence to project timelines.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Pyrolysis Oil, Plastic Recycling, or Petrochemical process industries.
- Strong expertise in plant commissioning, operations, and process management.
- In-depth knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance documentation.
- Proven ability to lead teams, handle manpower, and manage multi-location operations.
- Strong interest in R&D, process improvement, and new project development.
- Self-driven professional with willingness to travel and take ownership of project outcomes..
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,185.45 - ₹80,000.00 per month
