Python and AI Developer

Note: This is an onsite opportunity in i-10 Islamabad and timings are 6pm to 3am

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Python + AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent applications using Python, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML) technologies. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, data-driven solutions that enhance products and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Python
• Build, train, test, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world use cases
• Work with structured and unstructured data for analysis and model training
• Integrate AI/ML models into production systems via APIs
• Optimize model performance, accuracy, and scalability
• Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Conduct code reviews and ensure best coding practices
• Stay updated with the latest AI/ML tools, frameworks, and industry trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in Python programming
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and AI concepts
• Proficiency in ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Experience with data processing libraries (Pandas, NumPy)
• Understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms
• Experience with REST APIs and model deployment
• Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases
• Good problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI
• Knowledge of LLMs, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or vector databases
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Understanding of MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
• Background in data science or statistics
