Python Developer

We are looking for a Junior to Mid Level Backend developer with strong expertise in Python programming, and practical knowledge of ERPNext customization and development. The ideal candidate will work on automating business processes, enhancing ERP capabilities with intelligent solutions, and ensuring scalable backend development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend modules using Python.
• Customize and extend ERPNext functionalities and modules.
• Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers (senior-level candidates).
• Integrate third-party APIs and services with ERPNext as needed.
• Participate in system architecture discussions and help define best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Python development.
• Strong knowledge of ERPNext/Frappe framework, including custom app development, DocType customization, and scripting.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, database design (MariaDB/MySQL), and data modeling.
• Experience with Pandas, NumPy, or similar libraries for data processing.
• Familiarity with Git and version control practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Timings: 10 am to 7 pm
