About the Role
We’re seeking a talented Python Developer with 3–5 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems, APIs, and services using Python frameworks. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build secure, high-performance applications, while ensuring code quality, system reliability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Backend Development: Design, build, and maintain backend applications using Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
• API Development & Integration: Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party systems to enable seamless data exchange.
• Database Management: Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions to design efficient schemas and optimize performance.
• System Performance & Scalability: Troubleshoot, optimize, and scale applications to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Code Quality & Standards: Write clean, reusable, and testable code; participate in peer reviews and follow coding best practices.
• Testing & CI/CD: Implement automated testing frameworks (PyTest, Unittest) and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, QA, frontend developers, and DevOps teams to deliver complete solutions.
• Problem Solving: Debug and resolve complex issues; recommend improvements in architecture and development processes.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience:
• o 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Python Developer.o Proven expertise in Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI).o Experience in API development, backend systems, and integrations.
• Technical Skills:

o Strong knowledge of Python and object-oriented programming.o Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL); familiarity with NoSQL databases.o Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).o Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD tools.o Familiarity with asynchronous programming (Celery, RabbitMQ, Kafka) is a plus.What We Offer

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
