We are seeking a highly skilled Python Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable server-side applications. As a member of our backend team, you will play a key role in shaping the architecture, driving development best practices and collaborating with other teams.

🔧 Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend systems using Python (Django)
• Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver end-to-end features
• Design and optimize APIs (RESTful)
• Implement database schemas, queries, and performance optimizations (PostgreSQL)
• Ensure code quality via code reviews, unit/integration tests, and CI/CD pipelines
• Handle authentication, authorization, and security best practices
• Lead architecture discussions and evaluate new technologies and design patterns
• Mentor and guide junior backend developers
• Comfortable with Docker and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc).
• Solid understanding of service monitoring.
• Strong experience with asynchronous programming and parallelism in Python.

✅ Requirements

• Strong experience with frameworks like Django
• Deep understanding of RESTful API design and implementation
• Solid knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL) database
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker)
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and modern CI/CD workflows
• Good understanding of asynchronous programming and message queues (e.g., Celery, RabbitMQ)
• Strong debugging, testing, and performance tuning skills

⭐ Bonus Skills

• Experience with Kubernetes and Helm for orchestration and scaling.
• Background in event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis PubSub, etc).
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as Redis or DynamoDB.
• Knowledge of trading platforms, market connectivity, or high-frequency data workflows.
