Python Technical Manager /AI Programmer

Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore, Pakistan – Onsite

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Programmer / Python Lead with strong hands-on coding expertise and the ability to lead teams, manage freelancers, and directly engage with international clients. This is an onsite leadership role based in DHA Phase 8, Lahore, where you’ll be responsible for both developing AI-driven solutions and building the technical team around you.

Key Responsibilities

AI Development

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face.
• Build APIs/microservices to integrate AI features into applications (web/mobile).
• Research, prototype, and implement AI solutions tailored to client needs.

Leadership & Team Building

• Lead and mentor the in-house development team.
• Build, manage, and oversee outsourced/freelance developers/designers as needed.
• Ensure cross-training of team members to avoid single-stack dependency.

Client Engagement

• Directly communicate with international clients to gather requirements, explain solutions, and provide updates.
• Translate client needs into technical strategies and deliverables.
• Represent the company in technical discussions and solution presentations.

Collaboration

• Work with Project/Delivery Manager to align project timelines and resources.
• Partner with other developers (Laravel, MERN, Flutter) to integrate AI features across solutions.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong programming background in Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI).
• Proven experience in AI/ML development (NLP, ML pipelines, deep learning).
• Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Direct experience working with international clients.
• Leadership capacity: ability to build, manage, and mentor teams (in-house + outsourced).
• Strong problem-solving, proactive mindset, and ability to deliver under pressure.
• Onsite availability in DHA Phase 8, Lahore.

Nice-to-Have

• LLM integration experience (LangChain, RAG pipelines, OpenAI APIs).
• Deployment knowledge (Docker, CI/CD, AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Exposure to multi-stack environments (Laravel, React, Flutter).
• Healthcare, ERP, or SaaS project background.

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
