Q-Com Supply Chain Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Supply Chain Executive to manage end-to-end inventory operations for our Quick Commerce channels – Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and Zepto. The role involves daily coordination with warehouse teams, inventory tracking, timely replenishment, and ensuring 100% product availability across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. PO Acceptance & Processing - Accept and process POs from Blinkit, Swiggy, and Zepto, and coordinate with internal and warehouse teams to maintain 100% fulfillment rates.

2. Stock Replenishment & Dispatch Planning - Plan and coordinate daily/weekly stock dispatches to platform warehouses. Ensure timely raising of POs, shipment tracking, and inward confirmation with each platform.

3. Platform Coordination - Act as the single point of contact for inventory-related queries from Blinkit, Swiggy, and Zepto teams. Ensure product live status, GRN confirmations, and fast inwarding turnaround times.

4. Warehouse Coordination - Coordinate with internal and 3PL warehouse teams to manage picking, packing, and dispatch aligned with platform SLAs. Track and resolve any issues related to pilferage, expiry, or product damage.

5. Reporting & Analysis - Generate and maintain daily inventory trackers, dispatch logs, inwarding status reports, and live store SKU health dashboards. Use data to drive faster replenishments and minimize losses.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
