Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in computer sciences or an equivalent degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Hands-on experience in web, API, and back-end testing using industry-standard software.
- Good at writing/understanding SQL queries.
- Promotes testing best practices and a culture of quality across teams.
- Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Experience with web solutions and API testing using tools like Postman.
- Experience using tools like Azure DevOps or similar.
- Experience with JMeter and ZAP is a plus.
- Knowledge in writing technical documentation, defects, and reports.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end software quality.
- Ability to work across various time zones.

Prior experience testing MuleSoft-based solutions is a plus.
- Plan, design, implement, execute, and report end-to-end testing activities independently.
- Design and maintain test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing across web, backend, and API layers.
- Isolate, replicate, report, and verify defects while ensuring timely resolution and reduction of technical debt.
- Perform API testing including request/response validation, input/output mapping, data processing, error handling, and success/failure scenarios.
- Create, execute, and maintain API test collections using tools such as Postman.
- Validate API logs, payloads, authentication, and integrations.
- Test and validate integration solutions involving WSO2 and MuleSoft APIs.
- Collaborate with integration and backend teams to ensure seamless system-to-system communication.
- Validate frontend and backend functionality across web applications.
- Perform backend testing involving databases, SQL jobs, stored procedures, and SSIS jobs.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across integrated systems.
- Support security testing by validating authentication, authorization, data protection, and vulnerability risks.
- Participate in performance, load, and stress testing to ensure application scalability and stability.
- Collaborate with technical teams to identify performance bottlenecks and security gaps early in the lifecycle.
- Actively participate as a member of an Agile/Scrum team.
