QA (Content department)

Responsibilities

• Review order after submission by writers to ensure it meets client requirements and internal quality standards.
• Proofread documents for grammar, structure, clarity, formatting, and citation accuracy.
• Ensure consistency in writing style and adherence to academic conventions while verifying the credibility and accuracy of references and cross-check in-text citations with the reference list.
• Review submitted work for any quality or compliance issues and ensure necessary revisions are made prior to final submission.
• Maintain content integrity and ensure all deliverables are error-free and submitted on time.
• Work closely with writers and team leads to maintain an efficient workflow and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Requirements:

• 2 years of proven experience in a similar role within academic writing field.
• Strong command of English grammar, structure, and academic formatting styles.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on maintaining high standards of written quality.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.
