About Us

The Role

As our founding Senior QA Engineer, you will establish and lead the quality assurance strategy for the entire Project. Your role goes far beyond traditional testing; you will be pioneering the QA processes for a new generation of AI-powered applications. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of not only the user interface and backend logic but also the AI models themselves. This is a unique opportunity to define what "quality" means in the context of AI and to build a QA function from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

● Design, develop, and execute a comprehensive QA strategy that covers manual, automated, and specialized AI/ML testing.

● Develop test plans and cases specifically for AI-driven features, including the computer vision model in our inspection app, the dynamic pricing engine, and our LLM-powered features.

● Utilize AI-powered testing tools (e.g., Testim, Functionize, Applitools, TestRigor) to accelerate test creation, improve test stability through self-healing locators, and perform advanced visual regression testing.

● Create and manage robust test automation frameworks (e.g., using Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium) for our web and mobile applications.

● Test the integration and output of our LLM (Gemini API), focusing on validating the consistency, accuracy, factual correctness, and safety of generated content.

● Perform "adversarial testing" and explore edge cases to identify and mitigate potential biases, vulnerabilities, or unexpected behaviors in our AI systems.

● Collaborate closely with developers and AI/ML engineers to understand system architecture, data flows, and model behavior to inform your testing strategy.

● Establish metrics and reporting dashboards to track quality, test coverage, and the performance of our AI models over time.

Required Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

● 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 1 year in a senior or lead role.

● Strong, hands-on experience in building and maintaining test automation frameworks.

● A deep understanding of the unique challenges in testing AI/ML systems, such as non-determinism, data dependency, model drift, and ethical considerations.

● Proven experience in testing complex, data-driven applications and RESTful APIs.

● Excellent analytical skills and a passion for breaking things to make them better.

● The ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

● Hands-on experience with AI-augmented testing platforms (e.g., Tricentis, Mabl, Sauce Labs).

● Basic scripting skills in Python for data manipulation and writing tests for machine learning models.

● Familiarity with MLOps principles and the role of continuous testing within the ML lifecycle.

● Experience in performance and security testing.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
