About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SDET/QA Engineer who can design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our applications. The ideal candidate will have strong programming knowledge, hands-on experience with testing tools, and the ability to collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust test automation frameworks (UI, API, and backend).
• Develop automated test scripts using modern testing tools and frameworks.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality deliverables from the ground up.
• Perform manual exploratory testing when necessary to complement automation.
• Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
• Contribute to test strategy, planning, and risk analysis.
• Stay updated with the latest QA automation trends, tools, and practices.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in test automation and QA engineering.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Python.
• Experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and tools like Postman.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Knowledge of performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Locust).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience in security testing and compliance frameworks.
• Exposure to AI-driven test automation tools.
