We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer with 2–4 years of strong hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing. In this role, you will be a key contributor in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases.
• Build and maintain Selenium-based automation frameworks to support ongoing test activities.
• Identify, track, and manage defects throughout the development lifecycle using standard defect-tracking tools.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including developers, product managers, and DevOps—to ensure alignment on quality standards.
• Participate in test planning, effort estimation, and risk analysis to support smooth and timely releases.
• Review requirements and specifications to ensure clarity, completeness, and testability.
• Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and best practices to enhance product quality and team efficiency.
• Ensure all releases meet rigorous quality benchmarks and are delivered within planned timelines.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience in software quality assurance (manual and automation).
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, including scripting, framework usage, and test execution.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing techniques, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in test case design, test execution, root cause analysis, and defect reporting.
• Experience with QA tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, or similar).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to relocate or reliably commute to Ernakulam, Kerala, prior to joining.
