QA Engineer

Quality Assurance (QA)

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Location: Surat (work from office only)

Responsibility:

• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate software functionality and performance.
• Conduct thorough testing of software applications, systems, and websites to identify bugs, defects, and usability issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and designers to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Perform manual and automated testing as necessary, leveraging industry-standard testing tools and frameworks.
• Document and track defects, issues, and test results using appropriate bug tracking systems.
• Analyze test results and provide meaningful insights and recommendations to improve product quality and user experience.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and quality assurance techniques to enhance testing capabilities and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide status updates, report findings, and address concerns related to product quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience working in a Quality Assurance (QA) role, preferably in software development or technology-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in manual and automated testing techniques, tools, and frameworks.
• Solid knowledge of bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.

Pay: ₹11,475.74 - ₹40,895.97 per month
