QA Engineer (Fluent in English) — 3 to 4 Years of Experience

Location: Onsite – Siddiq Trade Center, Gulberg, Lahore

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented QA Engineer with a strong background in manual and automation testing to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the quality and stability of our web and mobile applications through structured and efficient testing processes. Responsibilities:

• Design, write, and execute well-structured test cases based on product requirements
• Identify, document, and track bugs thoroughly using standard defect tracking tools
• Conduct comprehensive manual testing of web and mobile applications
• Perform API testing using tools like Postman
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar
• Execute regression, functional, integration, and exploratory testing as part of release cycles
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to ensure high product quality
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, automation frameworks, and test strategies
• Provide clear feedback and reports on defects and overall software performance

Requirements:

• 3 to 4 years of proven experience in manual and automation software testing
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Experience writing test plans, test cases, and test reports
• Hands-on experience with bug tracking and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing
• Basic SQL knowledge for database validation
• Experience testing RESTful APIs and using tools like Postman or Swagger
• Exposure to performance or load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner)
