Job Summary

We are looking for a QA Engineer (Manual & Automation) to join our product development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring software quality through structured manual and automated testing processes. You will collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and project managers to validate requirements, design test strategies, and implement automated testing frameworks for scalable and reliable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web, mobile, and API applications.
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, performance, and security testing across multiple environments.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium, Playwright, or Robot Framework.
• Conduct API testing using Postman or equivalent tools.
• Validate data integrity and backend operations through SQL queries and database testing.
• Collaborate with developers during sprint planning to ensure test coverage for all user stories.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standups, grooming, retrospectives).
• Maintain detailed QA documentation, test reports, and defect logs in JIRA, Trello, or TFS.
• Contribute to continuous integration (CI/CD) testing and improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior QA members (for senior-level candidates).

• Automation Tools: Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, Robot Framework, Selenide
• Programming & Scripting: Python, Java, or JavaScript
• API Testing: Postman, REST/SOAP
• Database Testing: SQL / MySQL
• Bug Tracking Tools: JIRA, TFS, Redmine, Trello
• Methodologies: Agile / Scrum
• Platforms: Web, Mobile (Android/iOS), Odoo ERP (preferred)

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in banking, fintech, ERP, or enterprise systems.

Familiarity with Odoo, WordPress, or custom web applications.

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps environments.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
