QA Engineer – Oil & Gas EPC Projects | Qatar Energy Experience Preferred)

We are seeking a qualified QA Engineer with strong experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects. The ideal candidate will support project quality management, ensure compliance with QatarEnergy (QE) requirements, and maintain adherence to applicable industry codes and project specifications. Candidates currently based in Qatar and ready for immediate mobilization will be prioritized.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Quality Assurance plans, procedures, and project documentation.
• Review and verify inspection test plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with QatarEnergy standards, EPC project specifications, and international codes.
• Coordinate with QA/QC teams, engineering, construction, and project management to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
• Conduct internal audits, NCR investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Provide QA support during fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Monitor EPC contractor performance and ensure quality objectives are met across all project phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil/Electrical or equivalent).
• Minimum 5–7 years of QA experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of QA systems, ISO standards, and EPC quality frameworks.
• QatarEnergy (QE) project experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and documentation skills.
• Candidates MUST be located in Qatar with transferable visa/NOC.
• Immediate joining is mandatory.
