Job Description

Simply BPO is hiring a QA Executive responsible for ensuring quality, compliance, and performance across all customer interactions, particularly within UK-based campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily agent calls and evaluate performance using QA scorecards across campaigns
• Ensure all interactions meet legal, compliance, and campaign standards
• Verify mandatory compliance requirements for each campaign
• Review script adherence, tone, clarity, and communication quality
• Assess empathy, customer handling, and qualification depth during calls
• Validate accuracy of data and CRM entries
• Monitor process adherence and highlight deviations
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QA reports with performance insights
• Maintain QA dashboards and documentation
• Track AHT and identify inefficiencies such as delays or silences
• Provide structured feedback with timestamps and error categorization
• Coordinate with Team Leads and Trainers for performance improvement
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all QA activities

Additional Responsibilities (Added for Indeed Optimization)

• Identify trends and recommend process improvements
• Ensure adherence to KPIs such as CSAT, QA scores, and compliance rates

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience as QA in a call center/BPO
• Strong command of English (spoken & written)
• Excellent listening, analytical, and evaluation skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good understanding of KPIs (AHT, CSAT, QA, Compliance)
• Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Experience with UK campaigns (preferred)
