QA Officer (Food Industry)

Position: QA Officer (Food Industry)

Location: Korangi

Gender: Male

Experience Required: 6 Months – 1 Year

Salary Range: 45,000 – 50,000 PKR

Job Responsibilities:
Conduct quality inspection of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished food products.
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO – if applicable).
Perform routine checks on hygiene, sanitation, and personal cleanliness of production staff.
Maintain QA documentation, batch records, and inspection reports.
Identify non-conformities and report deviations to the senior QA/Production team.
Ensure proper storage conditions (temperature, humidity) for raw and finished goods.
Assist in internal audits and support external audits when required.
Monitor pest control and cleaning schedules in coordination with relevant departments.

Requirements
DAE / BSc (Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or relevant field preferred).
6 Months – 1 Year experience in a food manufacturing company.
Basic knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards.
Good observation and reporting skills.
Basic MS Office knowledge.
Willing to work in the Korangi Karachi

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to Rs45,000.00 per month
