Job Title: Quality Assurance Officer – Outbound Sales Calls

About the Role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Officer to monitor, evaluate, and enhance the performance of our International Sales Representatives who engage with UK-based clients. The QA Officer will play a critical role in maintaining service excellence by ensuring all outbound calls meet the company’s communication, compliance, and customer experience standards.

You will be responsible for reviewing recorded sales calls, providing feedback, identifying training needs, and supporting continuous improvement across the sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate outbound sales calls for quality, accuracy, compliance, and customer engagement standards.
  • Assess call recordings to ensure adherence to scripts, sales processes, and company policies.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to sales representatives to improve performance and communication effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain QA scorecards, evaluation criteria, and performance reports.
  • Identify common issues or gaps in call handling and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers and Trainers to align quality standards with sales goals and training programs.
  • Ensure that all representatives maintain a professional tone, clear English communication, and ethical sales practices.
  • Support management during monthly performance reviews by sharing insights and quality reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all monitored communications and sensitive customer data.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment

Working Hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Saturday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Half-day)

Additional Details:

  • Job Type: Full-Time | Office-Based
  • Compensation: PKR 60,000 – 75,000 + Commissions per month
  • Location Requirement: Must be based in Karachi
