QA QC Engineer (Site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures, inspection plans, and testing protocols for site activities.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and standards to ensure compliance throughout project execution.
• Conduct routine site inspections and material testing to verify work quality and adherence to project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and contractors regarding quality-related issues and approvals.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Monitor and follow up on corrective and preventive actions to close out NCRs.
• Ensure all materials and workmanship meet approved standards before final acceptance.
• Support the Project Manager and Construction Team in achieving project quality objectives.
• Prepare and submit QA/QC reports, method statements, and inspection requests (IRs) as per project timelines.
• Conduct internal audits and participate in external quality audits when required.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and compliance with company quality policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• EXPERIENCE: •Minimum 6 years of experience in QA/QC roles within construction or infrastructure projects (GCC experience preferred).

Should be available for immediate joining or 1 month notice

Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
