QA QC Inspector - Saudi National

We are looking for a QA/QC Inspector with strong experience in storm water, drainage networks, utilities, and transport infrastructure projects . The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities are executed in accordance with approved specifications, standards, and quality requirements.

• Conduct site inspections for storm water, drainage, utilities, and road infrastructure works
• Ensure construction complies with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
• Review and manage WIRs, MIRs, and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs)
• Identify and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) with corrective actions
• Monitor contractor activities to ensure quality and compliance standards
• Inspect excavation, backfilling, pipe laying, and utility installations
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and QA/QC teams on site
• Maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, and inspection records
• Support testing, inspections, and project handover activities

• Must be a Saudi National
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 2–8 years of QA/QC experience in infrastructure or utilities projects
• Hands-on experience in drainage, roads, or underground utilities
• Strong knowledge of ITPs, NCRs, WIRs, and MIRs
• Familiarity with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and local authority standards
• Registered with Saudi Council of Engineers (preferred)
• Experience working on site-based infrastructure projects in KSA
• Ability to read engineering drawings and coordinate with stakeholders
