QA QC Manager

Position Reports to: Project Director/QA Director

Role Overview:

The right candidate must have the ability to communicate well at all levels within the Company and to demonstrate leadership. In addition, the candidate must possess very good planning, presentation, negotiations and organizational skills, the vision to identify quality improvement opportunities and the ability to achieve results through motivation and team work. The candidate should demonstrate a sound experience in the execution of all phases in a typical Construction Contract for an oil & gas facility.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent. HND or equivalent could be accepted if accompanied by strong professional qualifications and experience.
• 15 years of working experience with at least 10 years in the QC Engineer/Manager post in oil & gas related projects.
