QA Specialist for Email Support Team

We are looking for an experienced QA Specialist to oversee the quality of our email customer support team. This role is ideal for someone who already has hands-on QA experience and can ensure consistent, high-quality customer communication.

Responsibilities

  • Review and audit customer support emails for quality, accuracy, grammar, and tone
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, templates, and brand voice
  • Score tickets and prepare QA reports
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback and coaching to agents
  • Identify recurring issues, training gaps, and improvement opportunities
  • Help refine QA processes and guidelines
  • Monitor support quality KPIs

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a QA Specialist / QA Analyst in Customer Support (Email Support)
  • Must already have experience in a similar QA role
  • Excellent written English and strong attention to detail
  • Graduate (Bachelor’s degree required)
  • Familiar with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Gorgias, Freshdesk, etc.)
  • Strong communication and feedback skills
  • Able to work independently and consistently
