QA Supervisor

Job Title: QA Supervisor
Location: Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time
Qualification: B.Sc. (Hons.) in Food Technology or Diploma in Food Technology
Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Food Quality Assurance

Skills:

• Strong QA inspection and reporting skills
• Supervisory and team coordination skills
• Knowledge of lab maintenance and hygiene standards
• Familiarity with food safety practices and quality standards
• Ability to prepare and maintain QA reports and records

Responsibilities:

• Arrange samples of all raw and packing materials in time.
• Inspect raw and packing materials and share findings with the QA Manager.
• Monitor in-process products as per SOPs.
• Check finished products according to Standard Analytical Procedures.
• Monitor temperature of cold stores.
• Check quality, stacking, and handling of products in the dispatch hall and FG vehicles.
• Supervise storage conditions of raw materials/products and promptly report abnormalities.
• Ensure hygiene & sanitation of QA Lab, plants, and FG vehicles.
• Prepare and maintain QA reports and daily records.
• Perform any other duty assigned by QA Officer/Manager.
