QA Supervisor (BAHRAINI)

Roles & Responsibilities:

To ensure hourly product checks are adhered to by production staff and that the process is successful - if not revise and re-assess and report to be submitted to Management.

To ensure that customer complaints are properly handled in a timely manner with identification of root-causes of problem and corrective action and preventive action to be taken, findings of which should be submitted to the Management and monitor the same.

Daily in-process rejection and scrap should be properly recorded and analyzed, and effective reduction methods to be devised, monitored, and reported.

Ensure calibration of all measuring/weighing equipment is done as per calibration plan and records are kept.

Ensure that production trial reports for all the new materials are conducted in time and reports submitted to the Management.

Ensure better coordination with other departments and sorting out of day-to-day quality problems and sole responsibility of reducing internal rejections (both raw material and finished goods)

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field

Male (BAHRAINI ONLY) and must have at least 2 years experience as QA/AC in-charge/team leader

Must have experience in Manufacturing Industry

2-3 years experience in Quality Checking / Quality Assurance
