QA Tester – iOS & Web CRM Project- (PHR/1004/3)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Purpose of the Role:

We’re hiring a skilled QA Tester with strong experience in iOS and web testing, especially in subscription-based apps with pre-login flows. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience testing third-party integrations including Stripe, PayPal, Zoho, and Google Calendar. This role supports a mobile-first CRM product and requires precision, speed, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manual QA Testing: Conduct comprehensive manual QA testing on both iOS mobile appand web admin panel.
• Subscription Flow Testing: Test full subscription flows including pre-login access,onboarding, and permission controls
• Third-Party Integration Validation:Payment gateways:
• Stripe, PayPal
• Business tools: ZohoCalendars & productivity:
• Google Calendar
• Data Consistency: Verify data syncing and consistency across mobile and web platforms.
• Bug Reporting: Identify and report bugs with detailed reproduction steps.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers to test fixes and improvements.
• UI/UX Consistency: Ensure a consistent user experience across different devices and
• browsers.
• Cultural Fit:
• Participate in test case creation and review.
• Provide feedback on product usability and suggest improvements.
• Assist in maintaining QA documentation.

Support release testing and post-release verification
Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
• 2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience testing recurring subscription-based applications, particularly with pre-login flows
• Prior QA experience with CRM systems
• Proficiency with TestFlight, Xcode, and browser testing tools
• Strong understanding of third-party integrations and workflows
• Excellent bug reporting, attention to detail, and communication skills
• Available full-time; no ongoing education commitment
• Nice to Have:
• Familiarity with responsive web testing and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, XCTest)Skills, Personality Traits:
