QA/ TL (Quality Assurance or Team Lead)

Responsibilities

• Review completed content to verify it aligns with client guidelines and meets internal quality standards before final submission.
• Proofread documents for grammar, structure, clarity, formatting, and citation accuracy.
• Ensure uniformity in writing style, compliance with academic standards, and accuracy of references by validating source credibility and matching in-text citations with the reference list.
• Identify non-compliance or quality issues and coordinate necessary revisions before final submission.
• Maintain content integrity and ensure all deliverables are error-free and submitted on time.
• Collaborate with writers and team leads to ensure smooth workflow and uphold quality benchmarks.

Requirements:

• 2 years of proven experience in a similar role within academic writing field.
• Strong command of English grammar, structure, and academic formatting styles.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for quality in written content.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.
