We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QA/QC & R&D Executive for our Building Material division. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical knowledge and practical experience in Concrete Admixtures, quality control processes, and research & development activities related to construction chemicals and building materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality assurance and quality control activities for concrete admixture products.
• Perform laboratory testing and analysis of raw materials and finished products.
• Develop and improve product formulations through R&D initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality specifications.
• Prepare technical reports, test records, and product documentation.
• Coordinate with production and technical teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Support in product trials, performance evaluations, and site applications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Geology from a recognized institution.
• Proven experience in Concrete Admixture within the Building Material Industry.
• Strong knowledge of concrete technology, material testing, and construction chemicals.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and QA/QC procedures.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of standards related to concrete and construction materials.
• Experience in formulation development and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Office and technical reporting.
