Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Civil Inspector to join our team for high-end villa projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality inspection, ensuring construction works comply with project specifications, designs, and UAE construction standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect civil works for villa projects including foundations, structural elements, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
• Verify that construction activities adhere to approved drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed reports with observations, deficiencies, and recommendations.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to resolve construction-related issues.
• Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship and ensure compliance with UAE building codes and international standards.
• Maintain accurate records of site inspections, test results, and progress reports.
• Ensure safety compliance on-site in line with company policies and UAE regulations.
• Participate in progress meetings and provide technical input on civil works.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of consultancy experience in civil inspections, preferably in villa or residential projects.
• At least 7 years of professional experience in the UAE construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes, standards, and quality assurance procedures.
• Excellent reporting, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and site inspection software/tools.
