Job Title: Landscape Infrastructure Inspector – Villa Projects

Location: UAE

Experience: Minimum 5 years in consultancy; Minimum 7 years in UAE

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Landscape Infrastructure Inspector to oversee the construction and installation of landscape infrastructure in villa projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all landscape works, including hardscape, irrigation, and external civil works, comply with approved designs, specifications, and UAE standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect landscape infrastructure works, including grading, drainage, paving, pathways, retaining walls, irrigation systems, and outdoor civil elements.
• Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, identify deficiencies, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for corrective actions.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to resolve site-related issues.
• Monitor the quality of materials, installation methods, and workmanship to ensure compliance with UAE codes and international standards.
• Verify that landscape construction activities comply with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and progress reports.
• Attend project meetings and provide technical input regarding landscape civil works.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of consultancy experience inspecting landscape infrastructure, preferably in villa or residential projects.
• At least 7 years of professional experience in the UAE construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE landscape, irrigation, and civil construction standards.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape, architectural, and civil drawings.
• Excellent reporting, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and site inspection tools/software.
