Position: QA/QC cum Safety Officer

We are looking for a qualified QA/QC cum Safety Officer to oversee quality assurance, quality control, and workplace safety for our MEP/civil projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and company procedures

uality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC):

• Review project specifications, drawings, and method statements.
• Conduct inspections of materials, equipment, and site work to ensure compliance with standards.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation such as ITPs, checklists, NCRs, MIR/WIR, and test reports.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors for quality-related issues.
• Report non-conformities and follow up on corrective/preventive actions.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure work activities meet project quality criteria.
• Ensure calibration and verification of tools & testing instruments.
• Assist in internal/external audits as required.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):

• Implement and enforce company safety policies and UAE local regulations.
• Conduct daily site inspections and identify unsafe acts or conditions.
• Prepare risk assessments, job safety analysis (JSA/JHA), and toolbox talks.
• Maintain safety logs, incident reports, and inspection records.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with site safety rules.
• Investigate near-misses, accidents, and provide recommendations.
• Organize HSE trainings, emergency drills, and safety awareness sessions.
• Ensure all machinery, equipment, and vehicles comply with safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years experience in QA/QC and Safety roles (construction/MEP preferred).
• Knowledge of UAE civil defense, HSE regulations, and QA/QC procedures.
• Certifications: NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA (preferred).
• Excellent communication, reporting, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Good command of English; Arabic is a plus.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
