Position Title: QA/QC Engineer

Location: -Sharjah , UAE

Salary Bracket: AED 4,000 – 5,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in steel fabrication for Oil & Gas projects and ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and monitor all QA/QC activities related to steel fabrication projects.
• Conduct inspections, tests, and reviews to ensure materials and workmanship comply with specifications.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation including inspection test plans (ITPs), method statements, and reports.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and third-party inspectors.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards (ASME, AWS, CSWIP, etc.).
• Support HSE initiatives to maintain safe project execution.
• Identify, report, and resolve non-conformances in coordination with the project team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in QA/QC, preferably in steel fabrication within Oil & Gas projects.
• Certification in NDT, CSWIP, or AWS (preferred).
• HSE experience is an added advantage.
• UAE work experience preferred but not mandatory.
