Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-driven Quality Inspector to ensure our fabricated components meet stringent internal and client-specific standards. You will be responsible for in-process and final inspection of high-end decorative and structural metal items.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct quality checks at each stage: raw material inspection, in-process verification, and final product validation

· Check surface finishes including PVD, mirror polish, brushed finish, anodizing, powder coating, etc.

· Measure dimensions and tolerances using instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges

· Perform welding visual inspections and prepare quality assurance documentation (WPS compliance if applicable)

· Prepare non-conformance reports (NCRs) and lead root cause analysis

· Assist project managers and clients during third-party inspections

· Maintain inspection logs, test reports, and compliance documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor's in Mechanical/Production/Quality Engineering

· 2–4 years of QA/QC experience in the metal fabrication industry

· Excellent knowledge of surface finish standards and welding quality checks

· Ability to read and interpret engineering and fabrication drawings

· Familiarity with ISO 9001 and quality auditing procedures is a plus

· Keen attention to detail and strong reporting/documentation skills
