QAQC Engineer

Euro Mechanical is looking for a QAQC Engineer for Process Solution (Fabrication Projects) .

This role will support the execution of project requirements, maintain compliance with quality standards, and help meet client expectations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & implement QC procedures, ITPs, work instructions, and ensure project quality compliance across all sites.
• Supervise inspections of materials, welding, and installation activities; ensure adherence to WPS, and maintain weld parameters and consumable controls.
• Conduct & witness NDT (including RT film interpretation), final inspections, FAT/SAT, and oversee mechanical completion checks for skid packages and rotating equipment.
• Review & validate MTCs, material traceability, “As-Built” drawings, and maintain calibration records of testing equipment.
• Manage documentation including test packs, dossiers, MRBs, NCRs, root cause analysis, and client submissions.
• Coordinate with clients, third parties, and vendors; lead audits and verify special processes, welder qualifications, and corrective/preventive actions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of work experience as Quality Control Engineer in oil and gas projects including skid packages.
• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical)
• CSWIP 3.2 Mininum
• NDE Level II
• Painting Certification
