QA/QC Engineer

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using planning software (Primavera P6 / MS Project).
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly work progress and update schedules accordingly.
• Prepare baseline programs, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans.
• Identify critical paths, analyze potential delays, and recommend corrective measures.
• Coordinate with site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors for smooth workflow.
• Generate reports and forecasts for management and client submission.
• Support project management in resource allocation, cost tracking, and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent (preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of proven experience as a Planning Engineer in civil construction projects.
