QA/QC Engineer

• WE are looking for QA/QC Engineer for our project have the following :
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, 5+ years of experience large-scale building and villa construction projects.

Qualifications

• Engineering Graduate degree (Civil)
• Quality management certifications preferred
• Experience
• Minimum 5 TO 10 years experience in QA/QC.
• Mandatory experience in Construction industry
• Required GCC experience

Specific Skills

• Strong knowledge of quality management systems
• Proficient in quality control tools and techniques
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management software
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Key Competencies

• Develop and implement quality management systems and procedures for the projects
• Oversee inspection of all activity at site
• Conduct quality audits and maintain proper documentation
• Review and approve quality control reports and testing procedures
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure quality standards are met
• Investigate quality-related issues and implement corrective actions
• Liaise with clients and consultants for quality-related matters
• Ensure compliance with international standards and local regulations
• Review material submittals and shop drawings
• Prepare quality reports for management review

Documentation

• Maintain quality management system documentation
• Ensure proper record-keeping of all quality control activities
• Prepare monthly quality performance reports
• Document non-conformance reports and corrective actions
