As a QA/QC Engineer, you are responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of project delivery of Closed/Open Cycle Gas Turbine Projects and Sub station Projects . You will oversee quality control and assurance processes, ensuring that all aspects of the project meet defined standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.


  • Develop and implement quality management plans, ensuring compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections, audits, and tests to assess the quality of materials, workmanship, and project deliverables.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify potential quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor and verify that construction processes and activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
  • Review project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports, to ensure accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
  • Ensure that non-conformities and deviations are identified, reported, and addressed in a timely manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of quality control activities, inspections, and test results for future reference and reporting.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on quality control and assurance procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation and implementation of quality-related training programs for project staff.
  • Monitor supplier performance and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Report on quality performance to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting issues, corrective actions, and overall quality status.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and industry best practices (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to assess and maintain high-quality standards in project deliverables.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address quality issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in using quality control tools and techniques (e.g., inspection, testing, and auditing).
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and report on quality status.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, with a focus on construction or engineering projects including Closed/Open Cycle Gas Turbine Projects and Sub station Projects.
  • Professional certifications related to quality management (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, CQI) are advantageous.
