QA/QC Engineer

Incraft Decoration Works LLC is looking to hire a QA/QC Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality compliance across site activities, inspections, and documentation in line with project requirements and applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities:

-Conduct inspections and ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements

-Prepare, manage, and close NCRs; support snagging and quality walkdowns

-Maintain QA/QC records and deliverables (MSRA, WIR, MIRs, checklists, etc.)

-Coordinate with the project team, consultants, and subcontractors on quality matters

-Perform initial site inspections and prepare dilapidation reports (as applicable)

-Plan and execute close-out documentation leading to successful project handover

Follow up on DNR requests and ensure timely DNR closure

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in civil engineering/architecture

-5-7 years of QA/QC experience in Fit-out projects

-Strong knowledge of QA/QC documentation, inspection and closing processes

-Good communication and coordination skills

-Ability to work and travel between multiple sites
