QA/QC Engineer

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer with 8–10 years of proven experience in building construction, infrastructure works, and housing schemes. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in quality assurance and quality control procedures, material testing, inspection processes, and international construction standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP).
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and applicable construction standards.
• Conduct and supervise material inspections and testing activities.
• Review and approve material submittals, method statements, and inspection reports.
• Ensure compliance with international standards including AASHTO, ASTM, and ACI.
• Maintain proper QA/QC documentation and reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in building construction, infrastructure projects, and housing schemes.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and site execution.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
