About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Software QA Engineer with 1 year of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in testing mobile and web applications , including iOS, Android, and Web platforms , and a solid understanding of software testing methodologies, bug tracking, and quality assurance best practices .

Key Responsibilities

Perform functional, regression, and usability testing for iOS, Android, and Web applications

Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on product requirements

Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using issue tracking tools

Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and technical leads to ensure product quality

Perform API testing and validation where required

Ensure applications meet quality standards, performance expectations, and usability guidelines

Participate in sprint planning, QA reviews, and release cycles

Continuously improve testing processes and contribute to overall product quality

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field

1 Year Of Hands-on Experience In Software Quality Assurance

Experience testing iOS, Android, and Web applications

Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes

Experience with bug tracking and project management tools (such as Jira)

Ability to write clear and structured test cases and bug reports

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Plus Skills (Nice To Have)

Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Insomnia

Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Appium, or similar)

Basic understanding of SQL for data validation

Knowledge of Scrum methodology and sprint-based development cycles

Understanding of security testing concepts and common web/mobile vulnerabilities

Experience working in Agile development environments

Basic understanding of mobile app deployment and app store guidelines
