QA/QC Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated QA/QC Engineer with 5+ years of experience in the UAE construction sector. The ideal candidate will ensure that all construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and UAE regulations. This role involves close coordination with contractors, consultants, and project teams to maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) procedures on site.
• Conduct inspections and audits of construction works, materials, and processes.
• Prepare reports, Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), and corrective action plans.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and UAE construction regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve quality issues.
• Verify material certifications and conduct testing as per project requirements.
• Maintain site documentation and recordkeeping for QA/QC activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in UAE construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and ISO 9001.
• Excellent reporting, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
