QA/QC Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled 1 Senior and 2 Junior QA/QC Engineer (Civil) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in quality assurance and quality control for civil, infrastructure, and construction projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and project quality plans.
• Conduct inspections for civil works including concrete, rebar, formwork, earthworks, and finishing.
• Review and verify material approvals, method statements, and technical submittals.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and site teams for inspections and NCR closures.
• Prepare QA/QC documentation: MIRs, WIRs, NCRs, CARs, RFI logs, and test reports.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
• Maintain updated records of quality documentation and site observations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2–12 years of relevant experience (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, standards, and documentation.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and project quality systems.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
