QA/QC Engineer

Job description:

1. Maintain proper record-keeping and traceability of materials.

2. Creation of damage reports for materials that are not in good condition.

3. Carry out inspection of structural steel fabrication, welding, and erection activities as per approved drawings and standards.

4. Conduct dimensional inspections, fit-up checks, bolt tightening (torque/tension) inspections, and alignment verification.

5. Prepare and maintain inspection reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and quality documentation.

6. Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and client representatives for joint inspections.

7. Witness NDT (UT, RT, MT, PT) and ensure proper documentation of results.

Requirements and Skills

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering preferably civil or mechanical.
• At least 5 years of UAE experience
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and tools.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
