Responsibilities and Duties:
- Raw Material Inspection: Inspect incoming materials to ensure compliance with technical data sheets and project specifications and
- Final Inspection & Testing: Conduct final inspections of finished products, including dimensional checks, fit-up inspections, and visual inspections for defects (delamination, voids, pinholes).
- Non-Conformance Management (NCR): Investigate quality issues, identify root causes , and implement corrective and preventive actions .
- Documentation Control: Prepare and review Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and maintain comprehensive quality records/data logs for final handover.
- Coordination & Reporting: Liaise with production, engineering, and client representatives on quality matters. Generate daily/monthly quality reports and analyze performance metrics.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all QA activities comply with company quality policies, safety standards, and production feasibility.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in QA/QC roles within a Fiberglass/FRP/GRP manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
