QA/QC Engineer

Falcon Group of Companies is hiring a QA/QC Engineer for its Geotechnical Laboratory. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in ENAS & EIAC audits, laboratory quality management systems, testing procedures, calibration records, and ISO compliance within geotechnical or material testing laboratories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and implement QA/QC procedures for geotechnical laboratory operations
• Handle ENAS & EIAC audit documentation and compliance requirements
• Monitor laboratory testing activities as per ASTM, BS, and AASHTO standards
• Ensure proper calibration and maintenance records of laboratory equipment
• Prepare quality reports, NCRs, corrective and preventive action reports
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audit activities
• Maintain ISO 17025 documentation and laboratory quality records
• Coordinate with laboratory engineers, technicians, and management for quality improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3+ years of QA/QC experience in geotechnical or material testing laboratory
• Strong knowledge of ENAS, EIAC, and ISO 17025 requirements
• Familiarity with soil, concrete, aggregate, asphalt, and field testing procedures
• Good documentation, reporting, and audit handling skills
• UAE experience preferred
