Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior QA/QC Engineer – Aluminum & Façade to lead all Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities across our fabrication and project operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving quality excellence, ensuring compliance with international standards, and leading a team of QA/QC professionals across multiple façade and aluminum projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all QA/QC activities for façade, glazing, curtain wall, cladding, and aluminum projects.
• Develop, implement, and maintain Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and quality procedures.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, international standards, and UAE authority requirements.
• Oversee factory inspections, fabrication quality control, site installation inspections, and final handover quality processes.
• Manage mock-up approvals, performance testing, and façade testing requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, project teams, and third-party inspection agencies for quality approvals and audits.
• Review material submittals, method statements, technical documentation, and inspection records.
• Lead investigations of NCRs, implement corrective and preventive actions, and monitor closure.
• Prepare quality reports, KPIs, audit findings, and management presentations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across fabrication and installation operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop QA/QC Engineers, Inspectors, and quality personnel.
• Conduct quality awareness programs and promote a culture of quality excellence throughout the organization.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8–15 years of QA/QC experience in aluminum, façade, curtain wall, glazing, and cladding projects.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a senior or team leadership capacity.
• Strong technical knowledge of curtain wall systems, unitized façades, structural glazing, skylights, ACP cladding, louvers, and architectural metal works.
• Hands-on experience in both factory quality control and site installation inspections.
• Thorough understanding of ASTM, BS, EN, ISO standards, and UAE authority requirements.
• Proven experience working with consultants, contractors, developers, and third-party testing agencies within the UAE.
• Strong leadership, analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and quality management documentation systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification.
• Internal Auditor Certification.
• Experience implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Experience leading quality audits and managing multidisciplinary QA/QC teams.
