QAQC Engineer – Equipment (Offshore Container) Rental

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspection of rental equipment for delivery to customer.

• Conduct thorough inspection of rental equipment returned by customer for Off-hire.

• Plan and conduct periodic inspection of rental equipment in the storage area.

• Prepare report base on the result of inspection in a timely manner.

• Able to install and maintain electrical, electromechanical and electronics parts of

machinery and equipment.

• Able to repair defective electrical component i.e. wire, switchboards, socket/plug, electrical

fixtures and any other related electrical parts.

• Able to conduct functionality testing of the equipment and suggest recommendation/

solution for any non-functional component of the system.

• Initiate preventive or corrective action in case of any nonconformity received from the

customer.

• Interface with other department/section within the organization for any related concern for equipment rental.

• Monitor, maintain and improve the established Quality Management System in equipment

rental.

Skills and Qualification :

• Graduate - BS Engineering Degree or Diploma

• Min. 03-05 years’ experience in Oil & Gas or Industrial Plant

• Knowledge in Cargo Carrying Unit (CCU) is an advantage

• Knowledge and experience related to HVAC and Electrical is preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft office tools

• Able to communicate in English both written and verbal

• Initiate process improvement within the organization.

• Perform other duties that maybe delegated and agreed by superiors.
