QA/QC engineer (Immediate Joiner)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Civil Engineer to join as a QA/QC Engineer. The candidate will ensure quality standards are maintained in all civil construction works and that projects meet client specifications, safety norms, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and inspect civil works for quality compliance (concrete, formwork, masonry, finishes, waterproofing).
• Verify materials and workmanship against project specifications and standards.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC checklists, reports, and records.
• Identify and report non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, suppliers, and testing labs.
• Ensure adherence to IS codes and project specifications.
• Support project managers in achieving timely and quality project completion.
• Assist in internal and external audits, inspections, and quality certifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 1-2 years of experience in QA/QC for civil construction projects.
• Knowledge of IS codes, construction materials, and testing procedures.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work on site under varying conditions.
