QA/QC Engineer (Mechanical)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA/QC Engineer (Mechanical) to ensure that all mechanical works (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting) are executed in compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in MEP projects within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan and QA/QC procedures.
• Conduct inspections for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Prepare and review Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and Method Statements.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and project teams for inspections and approvals.
• Raise NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and ensure proper corrective actions.
• Maintain quality records, documentation, and reports.
• Ensure materials delivered to site meet project specifications and standards.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
