QA/QC Engineer (Roads & Infra Projects)

We are seeking a highly skilled QC Engineer with proven experience in roads and infrastructure projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in quality control, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor quality control procedures for roads & infrastructure works.
• Conduct inspections, tests, and audits to ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and contractors on quality-related issues.
• Maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, and compliance records.
• Ensure that all works are executed in line with UAE regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
• Identify and resolve non-conformance issues to avoid delays or rework.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ QC experience in roads & infrastructure projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE standards, RTA requirements, and infrastructure specifications.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Certification in QA/QC is an advantage
